Independent Design Consults
Price per Project
Working with homeowners to put together a dream space, includes blueprints, selections and design. We also help make choices based on budget, functionality and overall cohesion to make your space unique and fully a space of comfort and joy.
Packages can also include finish pieces and staging.
Design Blueprints & 3D Drawings
Pricing per Sq Ft
We create crafted blueprints, transforming visionary ideas into structured plans that guide your projects from inception to completion.
These prints include site visits for measurements.
Contractor Design Consults
Pricing per Project
Assisting contractors who are in need of design selections. Provide a curated selection of materials, colors, and finishes that align with the desired style, ensuring they complement one another. We use mood boards or samples to visually communicate options and encourage open dialogue to understand preferences. Finally, help prioritize choices based on budget, functionality, and overall cohesion.
Packages can also include finish pieces and staging.
